Chocolate Cookies

Chocolate cookies to enjoy while following the Ideal Protein ketogenic protocol.

IDEAL PROTEIN PHASE 1, 2 & 3 | SERVING: 3 COOKIES | TIME: 30 MIN

A chocolate cookie recipe you can enjoy on all phases, guilt-free! This recipe is great for everyone on the Ideal Protein ketogenic protocol.

Ingredients:

1 package Ideal Protein Chocolate Drink Mix (dry)

1 whole egg (reduce dinner protein by 2 oz)

1-2 tbsp IP Maple Syrup (I like 1 tbsp but 2 is sweeter and a bit more gooey)

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp vanilla

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix all ingredients in a bowl until a dough forms.

Drop onto a silicone baking sheet; makes 3 good size cookies.

Bake for about 5-7 minutes.

If you overcook these they get dry. You want them a bit gooey in the middle. Cool for 2 minutes, they will fall but, worry not, they will still taste delicious. Brew a cup of tea. Sit down and enjoy.
