Mashed Cauliflower recipe a mashed potato alternative great for any holiday or celebration!

This thanksgiving, why not give Mashed Cauliflower a try?

Ingredients:

1 head of fresh cauliflower

Onion powder, to taste

Garlic powder, to taste

Sea salt, to taste

1/2 to 1 packet of Ideal Protein Chicken Soup

Instructions:

Steam cauliflower until soft.  Drain water.

Add the seasonings and 1/2 of a soup mix (or more, to taste).

Mash well and serve.

Enjoy as a side with your Turkey or Tofurkey dinner!
