Start your day off right with this BBQ Spinach Egg Bites recipe. It’s so good it’s hard to believe it’s Ideal Protein phase one approved!

Ingredients:

1 packet Ideal Protein BBQ Crisps

1 egg

2 cup of spinach, finely chopped

1/2 tsp of seasonings of your choice (oregano, nutmeg, thyme)

pinch of sea salt

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 450.

Crush BBQ crisps into powder.

Mix all ingredients well.

Form balls from mixture and place on parchment paper(if too wet, put into muffin tin).

Bake approximately 15 minutes.

Try these dipped in mustard, or your favourite Walden’s Dressing!
