Notes

When making this recipe you are getting your protein from turkey and an Ideal Protein Packet. You can turn it into 2 meals for you or if sharing then you each get 3oz of turkey and 1/2 an Ideal Protein packet. You can plan your day to have another 3oz of protein at lunch if splitting your protein and enjoy 1/2 an Ideal Protein packet at that time as well.

The Phase 1 sheet is very exact but with your coach you can get creative in ways to split things up and have delicious meals. The Ideal Protein Mashed Potatoes mix is an amazing binder and can be used in many different ways. Add extra water and it’s a great soup, can make buns or pizza crust with it too!

Enjoy. Bon appétit.

You Don’t Have to Figure This Out Alone

What you eat shapes how you feel every day, more than most people realize. We see it constantly: clients start to feel the shift within days, not because it’s magic, but because their body finally gets what it’s been missing.

Changing how you eat can feel like a lot. Too many options, too much conflicting advice, not enough clarity on what actually works for you. That’s what a coach is for. Someone who knows the protocol, gets to know you, and helps you build something that fits your real life, not a generic plan.
