At Vital Body we know that true success comes when your head, heart and body are in sync. Success meaning, you feel good in your body, you feel good in your mind and your heart is happy. Will you feel awesome all the time? Probably not, but you want enough tools and habits to be in this “happy” place a majority of the time.
Dieting is one aspect that is tangible and easy to influence. The problem is that even with an amazing program (Phase 1 Ideal Protein) we are not seeing 100% long term success rate. We always see weight loss but clients are not always successful in maintaining that weight loss. It’s a million dollar question and worth pondering from various angles. I, owner Vital Body, have done exactly that and I have a million things to say about successful dieting, hence my podcast. At the end of the day there’s no magic answer, but there is your unique solution(s). Finding your answers to what works for you, your life and your body comes in stages and evolves. That’s why I created Mibo Musings, to be a place where people have access to ideas, resources and tools to explore and discover their own answers.
Mibo Musings – the name is a combo of mind and body (Mibo) and musings (a gentle way and fun way of exploring ideas). It’s a podcast. You can subscribe on all major podcast players – iTunes, Google, iHeartRadio, Spotify, Stitcher and many more. The website also has resources/tools, book recommendations and guided meditations. Head on over and see what inspires you.
Ideal Protein is a lifestyle protocol with four phases. It’s about discovering and creating new habits that support your desire to be healthy, be full of energy and to feel great. Of course, changing what you eat is part of it but for many learning to put yourself first and making (taking) time for what works for you is a big undertaking. Small steps over time lead to some extraordinary changes. I love this journey, I love that it’s always getting better and the team at Vital Body is a group of people that bring tremendous love, compassion and clarity to this journey.
