Egg Roll Recipe

This egg roll recipe is Ideal Protein Phase One compatible and delicious. These Egg Rolls are a great snack or starter and can be assembled up to a day in advance, give them a try!

Ingredients:

6-8 ounces ground chicken

1 or 2 teaspoons oil

2 green onions, diced

½ cup bean sprouts

½ cup bok choy, diced

1 cup Sui Choy, diced

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp rice vinegar, must be the Natural kind with zero carbs and sugar

1 tsp ginger paste (with no added sugar) or grate some fresh ginger 

Instructions:

Saute ground chicken in non stick pan until cooked.

Drain off fat and set aside chicken, but leave all the bits in the pan.

Heat oil in the same pan.

Stir fry the onions, choy and beansprouts until softened.

Add the chicken and stir fry another minute.

Add the soy sauce, rice vinegar, ginger garlic paste.

Stir fry another 30 seconds.
