Asian Chicken Recipe

This Asian Chicken recipe for Ideal Protein phase 1 will not disappoint, be sure to give it a try!

Ingredients:

2 tbsp Walden’s sesame ginger sauce

1 portion chicken breast, pounded

3 green onions, diced

2 tbsp soy sauce

2 tsp olive oil

1/2 tsp ginger

1 tsp red chili flakes

3 garlic cloves, minced

sea salt, to taste

Instructions:

Place chicken breast in a large zip lock bag with athe green onions then season with salt and pepper and set aside. 

Combine soy sauce, oil, sesame sauce, ginger, garlic and lime juice in a bowl then whisk to combine,

Reserve ⅓ of the marinade then pour the remaining marinade in the bag with the chicken and green onions. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and up to 5 hours. 

Preheat the pan and then place the chicken in the pan. Cook 3-4 minutes a side with the lid closed.

Enjoy with 2 cups of veggies on the side!
