Ingredients for a Healthy Snack

2 tomatoes chopped

½ onion chopped

½ cucumber chopped

1 jalapeño chopped

1 sprig of cilantro

2 teaspoons olive oil

Juice of 1 lemon

Salt and pepper to taste 1 packet

Options – red onion, garlic, extra cilantro – make it your own!

Instructions

Combine tomatoes, onion, cucumber, jalapeño, cilantro, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a blender. Pulse until broken down but still chunky. Serve with Sea Salt and Vinegar Crisps and enjoy!
