Feeling festive? Here is a fall dessert the entire family will enjoy.

Ingredients:

1 pack IP vanilla pudding mix

1 pack IP chocolate chip pancake mix

1 tsp. baking powder

1 whole egg

2 tsp. olive oil

1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice (no sugar)

2 tbsp. water

1 tbsp. walden farms pancake syrup

Instructions:

Heat oven to 350

In bowl, mix together the dry ingredients.

Add liquid ingredients and mix well.

Silicone muffin liners are great, add batter.

Bake approximately 10 minutes checking often to not overcook.

*Remember to adjust what you eat to be a match for Phase 1.
