This cauliflower recipe low-carb, weight loss friendly and ideal protein approved!

Ingredients:

1.5 cups cauliflower

2 tsp olive oil

1 tbsp garlic, minced

1 tsp onion powder

1 cup chopped jicama

2 stalks celery, chopped

4- 6 oz of protein (your choice)

2 eggs, beaten

1 tsp soy sauce

Instructions:

Add the garlic and olive oil in a large pan over medium to high heat for approximately 2-3 minutes until the garlic has softened, but has not turned too brown

Next, add in celery and jicama or any desired veggies phase 1 approved. Continue cooking over medium to high for another 4 – 6 minutes.

Stir in the beaten eggs, cauliflower, protein, onion powder & soy sauce. Cook stirring frequently for 5-7 minutes.
