Tofu Basil and Dill Dip

A wonderfully creamy dip perfect for anyone trying to lose weight or looking for an alternative to oil-based salad dressings.

A wonderfully creamy dip, perfect for anyone trying to lose weight or looking for an alternative to oil-based salad dressings.

Ingredients:

1 package soft tofu (4–6oz)

2 tbsps garlic, chopped Splash of tamari, soy sauce, or braggs

Splash of apple cider vinegar

Squeeze of lemon or lime

Handful fresh basil

Fresh or dry dill

Sea salt & pepper

*Optional: spike seasoning, chilli pepper flakes, hot sauce, other herbs and spices.

Instructions:

Mix in a food processor/blender until creamy

Add water, soy sauce or a little olive oil to thin out the dip consistency 

Add veggies (like cauliflower crumbled, spinach or kohlrabi) to thicken it up 

Enjoy with veggies or Ideal Protein Dorados!
