Chicken Stir-Fry Recipe

Ingredients:

6-8 oz of chicken, thinly sliced

1 cup snow peas

1/2 cup of bok choy, chopped

1/2 cup of mushrooms, sliced

2 tsp sesame oil

1 tbsp of soy sauce

2 tsp Walden Pancake Syrup

2 garlic cloves, sliced

4 oz broth

salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

In a medium sized pan, heat the sesame oil with garlic over medium-high heat.

When the oil is hot, place the thinly sliced chicken and cook on both sides (about 2 minutes each side).

Add the snowpeas and the chicken broth. Let cook for about 2 more minutes.

Add the rest of the ingredients and stir fry it for about 3-5 minutes, until the mushrooms and bok choy are cooked, and everything else well mixed.

Serve and enjoy!
