Simple Meat Marinade Recipe

This simple marinade recipe will add incredible flavour to your protein and can be enjoyed on phase 1, 2 and 3 of the Ideal Protein diet.

This simple marinade recipe will add incredible flavour to your protein and can be enjoyed on phase 1, 2 and 3 of the Ideal Protein Protocol.

Ingredients:

6 – 8oz of meat (chicken, shrimp, pork tenderloin, etc)

2 tbsp Walden Maple Syrup

2 cloves of garlic, finely minced

1 tbsp of lime juice 1 tbsp tamari

2 tsp fresh cilantro, finely chopped (optional)

2 tsp olive oil

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl or bag and marinate meat for minimum 30 mins.

Pan fry or BBQ meat until cooked through.
